UNFAIR BUSINESS PRACTICES / ANTI-COMPETITIVE BEHAVIOR INVESTIGATION
In 2005, NYSSO hired the law firm of Stockli Greene, LLP to investigate unfair business practices and anti-competitive behavior associated with trade practice of vision plans throughout New York State.
